Shipping policy
All products are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand, except clothing which is made on demand and shipped from Australia.
New Zealand shipping

New Zealand Shipping is a flat rate $7.5 NZD.
We ship overnight with CourierPost. Tracking information is supplied when your order is packed.
Please note that all delivery estimation times start from when your package is collected by Courierpost. Orders are collected each weekday morning. Orders placed before 0800 will be shipped the same day.
Courierpost domestic will deliver next working day once item is dispatched. Add an extra day if delivery address is rural.
Large orders to the North Island that require a box (bumping them up to "parcel" status per Courierpost) may take an extra day.
Australia shipping

We currently offer one Australian shipping option;
Flat rate $12AUD 5-10 business days.
We ship with CourierPost in New Zealand, which connects to Australia post once products land in Australia. Tracking information is supplied when your order is packed.

Orders will arrive in 5 to 10 working days once item is dispatched.
Pre-orders
It's our policy to only offer pre-orders when stock has been confirmed from our supplier. This policy is in place to ensure that pre-orders can be fulfilled and no customers are disappointed.
If you order a combination of pre-order and in-stock items then your order will ship when the pre-order items are in stock.
Check the description of your pre-order items to see the expected shipping date. Expected shipping dates are subject to change due to unforeseen delays, but we will rely on tracking info from our suppliers to give the most accurate estimates possible.
Print on demand merchandise (Clothing, accessories)
Our print-on-demand merchandise is produced in Australia and is subject to its own separate shipping costs and delivery timeframes. Production time is typically 1–2 working days, with shipping to New Zealand taking approximately 5–7 working days and shipping within Australia approximately 3–5 working days. Any other items in your order will be shipped separately, as outlined in the shipping policy above.
Orders containing both Speedcube NZ products and print-on-demand merchandise will arrive in separate shipments. Shopify combines the cost of both shipments into the single shipping total shown at checkout. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Print-on-demand merchandise is clearly identified in product descriptions and is subject to its own returns policy rules. Please see our returns policy for details.
